Community Life United Methodist Church offers a wide variety of sports programs, classes and groups to meet our community’s needs for recreation.
From Futsal, Archery, Youth & Adult Basketball, Youth Volleyball, Cheer and Indoor Lacrosse to Zumba, Line Dancing, Silver Sneakers Strength/Balance and Yoga classes, we have something you will enjoy.
While the programs are based in the Community Life United Methodist Church, the programs are designed to welcome and encourage individuals of all faiths, all skill levels and all walks of life to come play!

Our weight room is free and open to the public for use.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the weight room.
No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the weight room at anytime.
You must have a completed and signed waiver form on file each year.
Please limit your time on the cardio equipment to 30 mins from 8am-10am

Although our weight room is free and open to the public, CLC RECREATION always accepts donations of any size. Your generous donations contribute to maintaining and upgrading our fitness equipment.
Adult Basketball- April-May
Co-ed teams, competitive (under 35) and non-competitive (35 and up)
Teams welcome. Games are TUES or THURS $400/team or $50/player. Registration begins in JAN and ends beginning of March.
Futsal Academy with Coach Carlos-June & July Ages 8-16 Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Youth Volleyball– August-October.

Youth age 6 with a parent or guardian, individuals age 9 and up and Family registration available. Registration begins in August and spaces are VERY limited.
Youth Cheerleading- November-February
Kindergarten thru 6th grade. Registration begins in SEPT and ends first week of OCT **Coaches needed

Strong Backs & Healthy Hips Class (Begins July 11, 2017)
Classes will be held for 5 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am-10:30am. The cost is $75.00 for the 5 week program. CLICK HERE for more details. Silver Seakers Strength & Balance
Tuesdays & Thursdays 11am
This class will help you regain, maintain and build strength and balance. You will use a 2-5 lb hand held weight during this class. We have a limited supply of weights available. This class is included in some health insurance plans so check with your provider. If you are not a Silver Sneakers participant the cost of the class is $3 per session. For more info contact Regina
