We know going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking and sometimes overwhelming. We want to help make your first experience at Community Life a great one!
What to Expect
Our Sunday Services are about 60 minutes in length. Services begin with our Worship band leading the church in music—song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music of service is complete, one of our pastors will come out to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.
Let us know you're coming!

Community Life Church is a casual, come as you are church featuring inspiring music, relatable messages and active ministries for adults, students, and children. Whether you have never been to church or you are a lifetime follower, we invite you to join us Sunday in a place we call The Family Room.
First Steps is a one-time introductory class. We’ll share the basics about our church and show you how to get connected. Join us for a light meal as you get to know Pastor Scott & the team.
First Steps luncheons are held quarterly on a Sunday after the conclusion of the 10:45 AM service, around noon in rooms 1209 & 1210. Our next luncheon will be held on February 7, 2021.
How do I take my next step in following Christ?
Baptism is an important and significant spiritual decision for those on a path to follow Christ. Many people find this to be an exciting and positive first step as they publicly profess their faith. Baptism is an outward demonstration of an inward change as found in 2 Corinthians 5:17. “When someone becomes a Christian he becomes a brand new person inside. The old life has passed away and a new life has begun!”
We consider it a great blessing to be a part of this wonderful celebration of your faith. It is a blessing to the church body and it serves as an example for others who wish to follow in these same steps.
What is the significance of Baptism?
Baptism is a public declaration of three very important things:
- You are a follower of Jesus Christ. “Those who accepted his message were baptized.” —Acts 2:41
- You are beginning a changed life in Christ. “We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” —Romans 6:4
- You are part of a new family. “So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.” —Galatians 3:26–27

Community Life has a passion for serving and reaching out beyond our church walls.
Answering the call to “Go” and “make disciples of all the world” (Matthew 28:19), our mission teams support programs in Zimbabwe, Nicaragua, Belize, and Honduras. To learn how you can get involved, fill out the form below.
We focus on local, community outreach first, by lifting up our neighbors in need. We then look to collectively use our God-given gifts to make a regional, national, and international impact. Local missions have included COVID-19 response feeding programs, serving food to the homeless at Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen, partnering with Milk and Honey Outreach Ministries to support children and youth, deploying hurricane response teams, and raising money to provide financial support for various local charities.
